Barcelona boss Tata Martino was playing coy on the red card shown to Celtic captain Scott Brown at Celtic Park on Tuesday night.

The Bhoys midfielder was sent off just before the hour-mark of Barcelona's eventual 1-0 win in the Champions League for kicking out at Neymar but Martino insisted he had not taken a close look at the incident.

"I couldn't see with certainty what happened so I don't want to give an opinion," said Martino.

"But certainly playing with 10 men for 35 minutes against Barcelona is something to think about when analysing the game."

Martino added that it had been Barcelona's toughest match of the season so far: "This match was the most demanding so far, Victor Valdes made important saves for us."
