Barcelona defender Dani Alves has confirmed he will leave the club at the end of the season.
The 31-year old Brazil international will close the curtain on a very successful career at the Nou Camp next summer to make the move to England.
Alves, who has been linked with both Manchester United and Liverpool, told O Globo that he will be on his way to the Premier League at the completion of the 2014/15 season.
"Next year I'm moving to England. I'm going to play at the home of football," said Alves.
"This will be my last season at the club."
Right-back Alves joined Barcelona from Sevilla in 2008 and has so far made over 300 appearances on his way to four Spanish La Liga titles, two Champions League trophies, two UEFA Super Cups, two FIFA Club World Cups and two Copa del Reys.
