Marca says Barcelona's board is split over the prospect of selling Ronaldinho - though united that no offer will be considered during the winter market.

Chelsea and AC Milan are set to battle it out for the Brazil international, though reports last week emerged of a meeting between his brother, Roberto de Assis, and Manchester United chief executive David Gill.

"How long have you been heard rumors that he wants to join other teams? It is not true. Ronaldinho is happy with Barca and vice versa," said coach Frank Rijkaard.
