Wenger's future at Arsenal has been the subject of intense speculation with the Frenchman having just a year to run on his current contract.

However, Laporta has ruled out any move for Wenger saying he fully supports current Barca boss Frank Rijkaard.

"Frank Rijkaard is the best coach that Barca have," said Laporta.

"Respecting Arsene Wenger as a person and a coach, he is a really good coach, but in our opinion, and I hope the opinion of our players, Frank is the best."
