Barcelona president Sandro Rosell says there's never been an offer for Lionel Messi. Messi has been linked with PSG and Manchester City, but Rosell insists there's never been a bid for the Argentine.
"We have never received any offers for him, but that's OK, because people know how much he is committed to the club," said Rosell.
"I do not know where his ceiling is, but the club also has no ceiling."
