Barcelona president Sandro Rosell says he regards Santos star Neymar as a "long-term" project.

Neymar is contracted to Santos until after the next World Cup.

"After 2014, when he's out of contract with Santos, we'll see. When he plans to make the leap we'll be ready.

"Neymar is a long-term issue, so then we'll talk," explained Rosell.
