Barcelona president Sandro Rosell says Pep Guardiola is on significantly less money than what Jose Mourinho earns at Real Madrid.
Guardiola penned a new one-year deal yesterday.
"Every day I like this team, but I like Pep more," he said. "Mourinho's salary is well above that of Guardiola.
"For Barca, it is an emotional, sentimental bond with Guardiola. For Real Madrid, it is purely professional with Mourinho."
