Barcelona are confident they have a deal for Santos dazzler Neymar wrapped up.

Catalunya Radio says Barca president Sandro Rosell has an agreement locked away for Neymar after the 2014 World Cup.

Rosell moved quickly for Neymar upon learning of Real Madrid's interest earlier this season and has since confirmed the deal while in Japan for the Club World Cup.

The Barca president met with Neymar's father and his agent while in Japan to convince them that the Nou Camp was the best place for the youngster.

It's claimed Neymar will confirm he is going to Barca a few days before the World Cup kicks off.
