Barcelona president Joan Laporta admits Real Madrid are favourites for the Spanish Liga title.

Real are five points clear of Barca and Laporta said: "The favorite is Real Madrid, because it is getting the greatest return from how they've played so far.

"But I must make clear that FC Barcelona has not thrown in the towel. In fact, we hope to have an even better chance for the title.

"After a difficult moment, we have turned around the situation and we enjoying good momentum, what happened in the Atletico match are the circumstances of football and we still have the same enthusiasm and desire to work because we will have another opportunity (to challenge Real)."
