Barcelona president Joan Laporta is convinced Arsenal captain Cesc Fabregas will move to the Nou Camp this summer.
And in another outburst which is sure to annoy Arsenal, the outgoing president insists it is difficult for any club to keep an unhappy player.
Barcelona have had a £30million bid for Fabregas turned down by Arsenal who insist their captain is not for sale at any price and urged them to "respect" their wishes.
But Laporta, set to stand down at the end of his term, said: "I am totally sure that Barcelona can convince Arsenal that an unhappy footballer is never positive for a club.
"It is a risk. If this situation had happened to us then maybe I would accept that it was time to negotiate."
