Barcelona president Joan Laporta has added fuel to the fire as his pursuit of Arsenal's Cesc Fabregas continues. Laporta said the Catalan club has always thought highly of Fabregas and basically invited him to come and play at the Nou Camp.
"As I've said many times, Cesc has Barcelona in his DNA and I think that one day he should play for Barca," Laporta said.
"We all like him very much - he's always been in our thoughts."
Although it is unclear of what will become of the Barcelona link, it is certain that Fabregas is unhappy with Arsenal's lack of titles recently following recent comments.
A move to Spain has been circling the 22-year old for some time now with Real Madrid also keen but it remains to be seen where his future lies.
