Barcelona president Joan Laporta insists everything is on-course after Saturday's 3-0 defeat of Recreativo Huelva.

"In the Champions League we are very well placed and in regards to the Spanish Liga, it is certain that we have passed a difficult situation, derived fundamentally from the international breaks," said Laporta. "We have not lost touch with fighting for the title.

"This team is still developing and this convinces me that we'll see an even better Barca further into the season."
