Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu admits they'd like to sign Arsenal fullback Hector Bellerin.
However, Bartomeu insists they won't pay over the odds for the Spain U21 star.
"Recruit Bellerin as a player who left Barça? From the players who left, there were successes and failures. There were successes like Piqué, Alba, Aleix Vidal, who we recovered. Others like Cesc Fabregas who returned and left 3 years later, had their sporting reason.
"But when a player leaves, if he progresses and has an interesting sporting value, Barca must recover him, but not at any price," said Bartomeu.
