Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu spoke of his appearance at the High Court last week.
Bartomeu appeared as their deal for Neymar is being investigated by Spanish authorities.
"I had to make a statement before Judge Ruz," he explained. "I said everything he asked me to say. It was very long, but there was a mutual respect. There have been misunderstandings these last few days. If we have mentioned Rosell it's because he was the artifice of the deal.
"Without him, Neymar wouldn't be at this club. We all went there to show that Barça has committed no crime. We just wanted to sign somebody like Neymar and now we're enjoying him."
