Barcelona vice-president Javier Faus admits they're planning to spend big this summer.
Barca have stumbled in the La Liga in recent weeks and will lose Carles Puyol and Victor Valdes when they come off contract at season's end.
Faus told El Mundo Deportivo on the club's transfer plans: "We will be making some big investments in the transfer market this summer.
"Our financial situation will not be an obstacle.
"We are ready, just like we will be ready in the future. The club's main priority will always be to maintain sporting excellence."
