Barcelona players are becoming fed up with the antics of Gerard Pique.

Pique has again invited controversy with his social media posts after Real Madrid's win at Villarreal on Sunday.

The posts are now being investigated by the game's authorities, which has left senior teammates exasperated.

Don Balon says Andrés Iniesta, Sergio Busquets and Jordi Alba are all becoming fed up with Pique's behaviour.

And word has reached the Real Madrid locker room that many Barca players believe Pique's ego is running wild.

A source says: "He wants to be coach, manager and president of Barcelona, but this does not justify the behavior of a player whose role in the squad is just a player, since he is not a captain."
