Barcelona are chasing Newcastle United midfielder Yohan Cabaye.

The Sun says the Spanish giants are weighing up whether to make an £8million bid for Newcastle's Cabaye, 26, or French midfield team-mate Yann M'Vila, 22.

However sources at the Catalan club say they are leaning more towards Cabaye, who only joined the Magpies last summer on a five-year deal for £4.3m from Lille.
