Barcelona sports chief Andoni Zubizarreta and new coach Tito Vilanova will have 100 million to spend in this summer's market. Sport says the pair have already met to discuss their shopping list and though no names have come to light, there will be significant changes to the make-up of departing coach Pep Guardiola's squad.
The coffers will further be swelled by the sales of Daniel Alves and Seydou Keita.
Former Barca finance chief Joan Oliver caused controversy when he once stated the ideal finish for the club would be qualifying for all major competitions, without actually winning anything in order to avoid paying their mega player bonuses. And the way this season will finish, Oliver's words are set to ring true.
