Barcelona officials will be in London today to make a final effort for Liverpool ace Philippe Coutinho.
Sport says Barca representatives expect to meet with Coutinho's agent and Liverpool officials in London to assess whether negotiations can be opened.
Liverpool have insisted on €100m to sell the Brazilian, who has also made it clear to Barca he won't make any attempt from his end to force a move.
Barca do not wish to meet Liverpool's valuation, but if offered encouragement, they will offer €80m and urge Coutinho to demand he be sold.
Talk of Coutinho's wages being too rich for Barca have also been dismissed. It's claimed Coutinho will agree to a major pay-cut, with the Barca deal laden with bonuses to make up the difference.
