Barcelona are locked in talks with Udinese star Alexis Sanchez.
Gazzetta dello Sport says Barcelona directors met with agent Fernando Felicevic on Tuesday before the Champions League semi-final second leg against Real Madrid.
They are ready to offer the 30m asking price for the young Chilean, who has scored 12 goals this season.
Manchester United and Manchester City have also held meetings with Sanchez's representatives in the past week.
