Barcelona midfielder Sergio Busquets has kept the door open to moving to Manchester City. City boss Roberto Mancini is eyeing Busquets after failing to be won over summer signings Jack Rodwell and Javi Garcia.

"I do not know if City have spoken to my club or my representatives, I know as much as you," said Busquets.

"I'm just living in the present and I am very happy.

"I would hope to continue at this club for many year but I like to live in the present and no one knows what will happen in the future."
