Ibrahim Afellay made a successful playing comeback for Barcelona in victory over Malaga.

The Dutchman had not featured for over 18 months due to knee problems, but managed six minutes yesterday as a late substitute.

Barca sports chief Andono Zubizarreta said afterwards: "Just as Tata Martino said, he's a player we want. He can compete and that's good news."
