Manchester City teen Joan Angel Roman is wanted by Barcelona.
The Mirror says Angel Roman, 19, went to City three years ago from Espanyol but has not lived up to his promise.
Barca now want to take the midfielder back to Spain in a deal likely to be structured so they pay a fee if he gets into the first team.
