Barcelona make Chelsea's Courtois No1 keeper target

Barcelona have made Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois their No1 target to succeed Victor Valdes.

The Daily Mail says Barca have placed him above Borussia Moenchengladbach's highly-rated Marc-Andre ter Stegen on their wish list to replace Victor Valdes and have sounded out aides over whether he would welcome a move to the Nou Camp.

With Petr Cech showing little sign of being ready to relinquish his hold on the number one position at Stamford Bridge, Belgium's on-loan Atletico Madrid keeper is understood to be keenly interested in joining the Catalan giants, in his quest for regular first-team football.
