Brazilian legend Rivaldo says the time is right for Neymar to leave Santos.
Neymar has revealed Oscar is urging him to join Chelsea, while Manchester United failed with a club record offer on transfer deadline day for the Brazil international.
Rivaldo's former club Barcelona are regarded as favourites for the youngster and he declared: "We all occasionally need to change.
"Neymar must leave Brazil and his familiar surroundings. He needs to go to Europe, he must go there for experience."
