Barcelona legend Johan Cruyff says they're worthy champions.

The Dutch great believes this season's Barca is a direct contrast to last term.

"The reverse of last year. Barcelona have shown how to play. They have played big matches, scored big goals, and they deserve it 100 percent," he said.

"There are moments in which it seems like they lack control to create more spaces for the players. The team has control and the counter-attack, but of course there are risks."

Asked about his comments that Neymar and Lionel Messi could not play together, Cruyff snapped back.

"We live in Cataluña and everything from the past has to be killed. You only have to look at Guardiola, who did a fantastic job, and see how they treat him. I do not care that that they take it badly, that thing that I said about the 'roosters'."
