Barcelona keeper Valdes disappointed blowing lead at Arsenal

Barcelona goalkeeper Victor Valdes was left disappointed after their 2-2 draw at Arsenal.

Barca blew a two goal lead in their Champions League quarterfinal first-leg clash.

"The result is good, but we deserved more, so we go with a strange taste in a stadium where it is very difficult to win," Valdes said.

"In the first half we controlled the ball but [Manuel] Almunia has been very successful. In the second half we got the goals we deserved in the first, but then they have gone on the attack."

"Cesc has hit Carles, Carles did not kick Cesc. That's not what the referee said and he has decided to blow the whistle for a penalty, and that's what you get."
