Barcelona are joining Arsenal in the battle for AC Milan striker Andre Silva.

Corriere dello Sport says Arsenal are looking into signing Silva following his sluggish start to life in Serie A, but they now face competition from Barcelona.

Arsene Wenger may look to sign another striker if Olivier Giroud is not happy being the second choice option, which brings Silva into the equation.

The Blaugrana could also look to sign the former Porto star though.

Alexandre Lacazette is the Gunners' No.1 choice, though Wenger may pursue a formation with two strikers to accommodate Silva.
