Barcelona are interested in Arsenal midfielder Mesut Ozil.

Marca says Barcelona are shaping up to be one of the clubs in the running for the Germany international, having made tentative overtures to his agent.

The playmaker is looking for a change of scenery, but Arsenal are very unlikely to bow down to any possible suitors.

Ozil penned a deal to remain at the Emirates until June 2018 and a two-year extension is currently on the table. However, Özil is not keen on committing his future to the Gunners, something that he's said to have made clear to the club.
