Barcelona have held a new round of talks with the agent of Villarreal defender Martin Caceres.

On Saturday night, Barca vice-president Marc Ingla and sports director Txiki Begiristain met with Daniel Fonseca at the Hotel Juan Carlos I to discuss Caceres' situation.

The Barca directors left the summit convinced Caceres would be happy to move to the Nou Camp this summer. However, the stumbling block is sure to be Villarreal, who are demanding at least £15 million for the Uruguayan.
