Spanish giants Barcelona has reportedly signed up Bollywood star Ranbir Kapoor as its Indian brand ambassador, reports Sport Business. According to the Economic Times, Kapoor will be involved in growing the popularity of football and Barcelona in India with the deal set to be confirmed next month.
Kapoor said: "It is a huge fan moment for me. To be associated with a team that boasts of names like (Lionel) Messi and Xavi is just awesome. My role is to do my bit as a Barca fan."
