Barcelona are set for a free run at Liverpool midfielder Javier Mascherano.
El Mundo Deportivo says Barca will bid for the Argentina international after learning of Inter Milan president Massimo Moratti's concerns over Mascherano's price-tag.
Mascherano is seen by Barca management as a direct replacement for Manchester City-bound Yaya Toure. They will also use the cash raised from the Ivorian's sale to bid for Mascherano.
Liverpool are seeking £30 million for the midfielder, but Barca are confident, with the player's support, they can land him for £18 million.
