Juventus have been turned down by Barcelona fullback Aleix Vidal.

Sport says Juve made a move for Vidal after agreeing to release Daniel Alves from his contract a fortnight ago.

Juve wanted Vidal as a replacement for the new PSG signing and an approach was made direct to the Spaniard.

But Vidal turned them down, convinced of a fresh chance under new coach Ernesto Valverde.
