Barcelona are hoping to lure Manchester City's Carlos Tevez to the Nou Camp in the next transfer window.
Reports suggest that the Catalan giants want to team Tevez up with Argentina mate Lionel Messi and that they have been put on high alert following his bust-up with City boss Roberto Mancini on the weekend.
According to Catalan paper El Mundo Deportivo, Barca are after a new striker who can play anywhere in the forward third and Tevez fits the bill although if they fail in their attempts, Ajax's Luis Suarez is also said to be high on their wish list.
