Barcelona directors 'feel used' by Bellerin over new Arsenal deal

Barcelona management are furious with Arsenal fullback Hector Bellerin.

The Spain U21 international has agreed terms with the Gunners over a new contract, having been courted by his former club.

Don Balon says Barca directors are fuming, convinced Bellerin have used their interest only as a way to drive up his bargaining position with Arsenal.

Bellerin's new deal - worth a mooted €6 million-a-year - is a clear €1 million more than Jordi Alba enjoys at Barca.

Barca's board feel they've been used by Bellerin, while president Josep Maria Bartomeu believes he's been justified in his opposition to the deal. Bartomeu has argued Barca shouldn't seek to re-sign players whom willingly left the club.
