Barcelona defender Gaby Milito admits he has ambitions of returning to former club Independiente.

Milito has just returned to first team action after almost two years on the sidelines with knee injury.

"I heard rumors that Independiente wanted me to return, but nobody called me, nor did I find time to talk about it because I was in full recovery," said Milito.

"And I think (his brother) Diego has thought the same, to finish and return to play for Racing. But in football it is very difficult to plan because you never know what will happen."
