Barcelona defender Gerard Pique admits a future in MLS is under consideration.

Pique says he could be tempted to change his original plans of playing out his career at the Nou Camp.

“Both the leagues are growing, although with different models," he said about the American and Chinese leagues. “I read that MLS is the league with the seventh highest attendances, after the five big European leagues and another. The fans are becoming more hooked on football all the time in the United States. I don't think I'd go to China, but the USA, let's see.

“I've always said I'd like to retire at Barça, but it would be an attractive option for a few years, as long as I have the appetite to continue playing football."
