Barcelona are confident of completing the signing of Valencia fullback Jordi Alba.
El Mundo Deportivo says Alba has already agreed personal terms with Barca over a five-year contract.
The two clubs are now putting the final touches on a fee for the 23 year-old, with an announcement expected after the Euros final next week.
Valencia president Manuel Llorente has been prepared to sell Alba since June, but was refusing to make anything public for fear of a fans backlash.
The delays are being blamed on Llorente, who wants to be seen to be driving a hard bargain with Barca, though for some time a fee has all but been agreed.
