Barcelona are considering selling winger Pedro.

Punto Pelota says Barca chiefs are actively discussing whether to sell the midfielder to make room for Valencia wing-back Jordi Alba.

Barca sports chief Andoni Zubizarreta rates Alba highly and wants to bring the La Masia graduate back to the club this summer.

While new coach Tito Vilanova is reluctant to part with Pedro, Zubi feels the time is right to cash in on the Spain international, particularly if Alba arrives as a direct replacement.
