Barcelona do not expect Pep Guardiola's latest contract to be his last.
The coach penned a new 12-month deal last week.
Guardiola, who said to be the target of Qatar ahead of the World Cup there in 2022, is now committed to Barcelona until the summer of 2012.
Barca vice-president Josep Maria Bartomeu told the club's television channel: "The club is very happy with Guardiola and hopes he will go on for many years."
