Barcelona coaching staff are urging Tonny Sanabria not to leave the Nou Camp.
The 17 year-old centre-forward is a major target for Arsenal and Manchester City as new contract talks continue to stall.
Sanabria's junior coach at Barca, Jordi Vinyals, said: "Now it is up to the guy to decide if he should leave.
"But I'd hate for him to go.
"In football, if you leave, things can go wrong. I hope that his decision is to stay."
