Barcelona coach Ernesto Valverde has laughed off questions about Cristiano Ronaldo's contract demands at Real Madrid.

Valverde said that he thinks this is fine, as long as Ronaldo thinks it's a good idea.

"What a question!" he replied to the journalist.

"What do you want me to say?

"Each person should do what they think is convenient."
