Barcelona coach Ernesto Valverde held crunch talks with Yerry Mina last week.

Valverde included the Colombia defender in his squad for Sunday's win over Athletic Bilbao, though left him on the bench.

Don Balon says Valverde has made it clear to Mina that he feels he isn't ready for LaLiga action and needs to leave on-loan next season.

For his part, Mina is willing to do what his coach asks - particularly with offers already arriving.

Girona, Villarreal and West Ham are all in contact with Barca about taking Mina on a 12 month temporary deal next season.
