Barcelona coach Pep Guardiola wasn't entirely happy with Thiago Alcantara's goal scoring performance in their win over Racing Santander on Saturday.

Guardiola rapped the youngster for celebrating his goal with Jonathan dos Santos on the Barca bench.

He said: "I'm not thinking of changing those things but it is certainly good news to see nine homegrown players on the team. Jeffren impressed when he entered the field and Thiago was very bold, so he has to put a brake on it a little.

"What I was angry about was him going to celebrate the goal with Jonathan on the bench. At that age you cannot do these things, but he dared to do so ...."

Barca defender Henrique featured for Racing and Guardiola added: "We're watching him. He did very well today. I was impressed."
