Barcelona coach Guardiola favours Boca Juniors striker Palacio

Guardiola is seeking a new attacking signing after Barca failed to deliver Arsenal's Emmanuel Adebayor earlier this summer.

Marca says Guardiola favours a deal for Palacio, but with Argentina's transfer market now shut for incoming deals, Boca will be reluctant to part with the prolific forward.
