Barcelona coach Ernesto Valverde has dismissed claims Real Madrid's title challenge is over.

Barca now sit seven points clear of Real at the top of the table.

"One month ago it was us who were supposedly a disaster," he told reporters on Friday.

"Everything changes from week to week here.

"According to the results, some teams are on the up and some are declining."
