Barcelona coach Luis Enrique feels for Martin Montoya.
The fullback has been frozen out this season.
Enrique said: "He is an example to others as a player because of his professionalism. It is just a technical decision, and I could be wrong about it. I can only say to him that he doesn't give up, that he carries on working as well as he has been.
"And that he takes the positives from the situation to grow. I am sorry because I have had a great relationship with him for a long time now, but I am the coach and I have to make decisions."
