Barcelona have a deal in place for Bayern Munich star Franck Ribery, it has been revealed. El Mundo Deportivo says on the eve of the El Clasico, Barca have trumped rivals Real Madrid for the French wing ace.

A Barca delegation was in Ibiza this week, which is where Ribery's agent, Alain Migliaccio, has offices.

A fee is all but agreed with Bayern based on £22 million cash plus one Barca player. The two on the table at the moment are Eidur Gudjohnsen and Alex Hleb, who are both rated at £7 million.

Bayern management are confident fans would accept the sale, given they paid Olympique Marseille £20 million for Ribery two years ago.
