Barcelona are excited by the progress of their next Brazilian signing - Gabriel Barbosa Almeida.
The young Santos striker, known as Gabigol, has been secured by Barca as part of their deal last summer for Neymar.
Having only turned 18 on August 30, he has scored 16 goals in 35 games, plus six assists, and has been a star for Santos in recent weeks.
Gabigol's current deal expires in 2015 and his agent Wagner Ribeiro is in talks with Santos about a new contract.
But Barca retain first option on the youngster and his long-term future, should he continue his form trend, is sure to include a move to the Nou Camp.
