Barcelona chiefs have decided to lodge a bid for Chelsea defender David Luiz this summer.
The Sunday Telegraph says Barcelona are lining up Luiz as a potential replacement for Carles Puyol, who is leaving the Spanish club this summer.
Barca could bid around £25 million for the central defender.
